You can be rest assured that this service provider will be open and honest with you. yes, there were customers that didn't understand the magnitude of their service needs when I explain in technical terms. I do my best to provide explanations in laymens terms. but it is not easy.
most common problems I have run into with customers computers is basic clean up services.
A simple file removal and malware scan usually frees up the computer. Sometimes it isn't that simple. one time I cleaned a computer and it didn't boot after that because the viruses embedded themselves in the boot files and when the program removed the virus infection files it also removed some important boot files with it.
The solution was a boot disk that was created earlier.
usually I make a boot disk before i start any work for this purpose . I don't usually charge extra for this added service.

Ever since I was little I always wanted to have my own business but what could I do?
As I grew older I was fascinated with electronics. I went to a technical school to learn how to solder components to pc boards. later I worked for a company where I used my skills and picked up new ones then finally home computers were invented.
I found my love assembling desktop computers for friends and family. they were amazed at what I could do and they said why don't you go into business for yourself so I did.
